« The property owner cancelled my reservation 10 days before we were scheduled to stay. My wife and I were left without a place to stay on our 42nd wedding anniversary forcing us to come home early from our GOTL trip. « Our reservation was over July 4th weekend. Apparently, they overbooked their king rooms, so we were notified one day before we arrived that they changed our room. When we arrived there wasn't a manager on-site to speak with, the woman at the desk did not have any answers for us, which I get it, it was not her fault.
