The location was great. The Charming Mermaid cottage was cute and spacious. We enjoyed the place, it was great!

Cute little cottage in a great location. We walked to the beach and were only a few minutes drive to all that we wanted to see and do.

OK but could use small improvements.

The kitchen fixtures and bathroom sink/cabinets have been updated but the rest of the place appears to be the original stuff from when the place was built, 50+ years ago from the looks of it. We couldn't find any toilet paper or trash bags. There was a glass panel that had been broken out of the door and a piece of cardboard was poorly taped over it. We had several lizards and bugs visit us they were probably getting through the hole in the door. Besides those the property was clean. The door was hard to open and you had to throw your weight into it to get it open. Probably how the glass pane was broken. The towels were old with holes and tears in them, like they were ready for the rags pile. On the plus side the beds were comfortable and had nice linens. It was functional for our trip as we were only there to sleep and didn't spend much time there during waking hours. But for guests that planned to spend a lot of time in their rental it probably wouldn't have been a good fit.

Nice little place!

Overall, a nice little place to stay close to the beach. I didn’t realize that the cottages were attached to each other…not good insulation, which in the middle of the night felt like someone else was in our cottage. Towels could use some bleach to look cleaner (or get new ones). Some parts of the cottage could use updates, but great for the price.

Nice condo, location a little out of the way

Condo was fine, we had to Lyft to dinner and shopping since we didn’t bring a car, but otherwise ok. Had a couple of strange occurrences with lights coming on/off with no explanation and unexplained noises that were unsettling but fine for a short stay.

Quaint cottage

It is a nice, clean, quiet, cozy place. The upgrades and appliances are very nice. Very comfortable beds. Location is perfect. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Old Florida Charm!!

This quaint cottage had Old Florida Charm!! The wood paneled walls, tile floors, etc... It was fully stocked with tons of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, body wash, kitchen supplies. The property manager was excellent at getting back to us with any questions or concerns. The neighbors were friendly and kind. The beach is so close and chairs and beach towels were left for us. The beds were comfortable, the temperature great, and the ocean breeze was so nice! I highly recommend this place and I am picky.

Great location, could use small improvements

Location and neighborhood was perfect, very close walk to the beach. Cleanliness wasn't great, the floors were dirty. Did not have any hand towels out and the bath towels were questionable. Also, needed hand soap in the kitchen and wash cloths. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the cottages beside the bedrooms. Overall, it was a good place to stay for a couple days, it was just missing small details to make it a great stay.

Great location!

Location was great and nice area. The unit itself was nice but not clean and it didn't have certain things others have had such as soap, shampoo and conditioner. There wasn't even toilet paper other than the one roll that what was there so we ran out. Looks like the kitchen was just updated and the dust from the cabinets wasn't cleaned up. Also not enough cooking supplies were there. There was a dead roach in the bathroom cabinet too. It was an older place and had a musky smell. But the beds and floors were clean. So for the 2 days we stayed there it wasn't bad but for a longer time I would have wanted it stocked up more, and have it cleaned better.
