Les abords de l'hôtel ne sont vraiment pas avenants (détritus partout) mais l'hôtel est très propre, le personnel se plie en "'4" et il ne manque rien au petit-déjeuner (salé-sucré) avec, toujours, un membre de l'hôtel aux petits soins.

Mooie kamer, vriendelijk personeel, originele inkleding, maar het was echt warm op te de kamer en de kamer was echt niet geluidsdicht zoals beweerd in de beschrijving. Je kon de buren gewoon horen babbelen door de muur heen.

We stayed at Let et Lola for 4 nights while visiting Cluj. The hotel is a bit hard to find upon first arrival as there is sign on the main street showing which way to go but then you drive down a narrow alley to a gate that has no sign on it so it's a bit confusing. Upon entry to the gated area, the hotel is right in front of you, with lots of parking. The rooms are of a good size and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast options were varied and of high quality. Staff was great. The only things that was a bit annoying was that there is a smoking area just outside the front door. We are non- smokers and it seems that many people in Romania smoke so it was a problem for us at restaurants as well, but the smoke from the smoking areas at the hotel floated upwards into the hotel room if the window open. Overall good value for the hotel room and we would stay here again if we returned to Cluj.

Lol et Lola Hotel is a great place to stay!
Excellent friendly service, comfortable stay (4 nights), tasty hot breakfast every morning. The hotel is close walking distance away from the University, where my conference was held. Good places to eat dinner nearby.

A nice surprise
this hotel was a nice surprise. it's very friendly, breakfast was great and they have parking spots. just one "thing": it might be difficult to find it if you miss the street where is located

The hotel is in a super quiet area but right downtown close to everything. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very polite and helpful. Would book again.

All our rooms have a specific design, the one you stayed in (Fair Play) has the football thematic, therefore the wardrobe resemble the one you would find in a locker room, the chair is a pouf football ball and the carpet is lined like a football field. Clean, friendly staff and very helpfull, very quiet since it’s situated on a smaller street but getting through the gate with the car from the street is impossible since the space is very tight! So you have to would have to enter from a street further up! Besides that it was great, great amenities, great breakfast

Fantastisch cooles Hotel -super Design, sehr zentral gelegen, mit privatem Pakplatz. Für unseren Geschmack fast ein bisschen zu viel Design, die Fluoreszenz-Beleuchtung konnte nachts nicht richtig dunkel gestellt werden, war aber weiter nicht schlimm. Alle Zimmer sind Doppelzimmer mit einem großen Bett, wir waren zu dritt (1 Erw + 2 Ki), da muss man sich ein bisschen zusammenraufen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfect Cluj stay
I booked a room for my teenaged daughter. After emailing the hotel, they sent a shuttle to the airport to pick her up at 2am. They were so helpful and personable. I felt confident she was safe & well cared for during her stay. She loved the room she stayed in. It was perfect for one person. Beautiful decor and clean, in a walkable neighborhood, with a delicious breakfast too!

A great place to stay
It's a great hotel to stay in Cluj. It has free parking and it's 7 minutes away from downtown walking. The rooms are new and clean, and staff is always there for anything you might need.

Great newer unique hotel in Cluj
Great hotel that definitely has some unique rooms. We slept great in this place. It is close enough to the pedestrian area - 10 min walk - of Cluj along with the bonus of free parking (and the parking lot seemed big enough so parking isn't an issue). Breakfast was surprisingly good as well. I highly recommend staying here.

Best hotel in Eastern Europe.
The hotel room and service at this hotel was excellent. The bed mattress was an excellent king size that wasn't to hard or to soft. The hotel rooms was all uniquely decorated with bright colours and they even had facial wash cloths which was the first time I've seen them available at hotels in Europe. My complete stay was excellent. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel for anyone and their families.

Friendly staff, very clean, tasty breakfast including Romanian specialities. Very slow coffee machine, though, but that was handeled by the waiter while we were eating and talking. I'm not too fond of "words of wisdom" written on the walls but as soon as that fashion has faded it will probably be painted over. Going to stay at Lol et Lola next time in Cluj, too.
