Featuring 2,200 sq/ft, this home is located w/in walking distance of Tremont's most popular parks, restaurants, & nightlife. Take in Cleveland's skyline views from not 1, but TWO separate outdoor spaces. We welcome families and friend groups alike. Let's make some unforgettable memories! OH-

This 3 bedroom & 3 full bathroom condo is located in the heart of Tremont! Featuring floor to ceiling windows and luxurious amenities, our well lit space features a modern feel with an open floor plan. This living space features a fully stocked kitchen, entertaining space, 2 outdoor patio spaces and 360 degrees of comfort and style.  
  
FEATURING: The Cleveland Rocks grass wall for capturing your family and friend gatherings, memories, and selfies! Additionally, sit back and relax after throwing on a comfortable and cozy robe! (located in the master bedroom closet for all guests to enjoy!)

\- The lower level room provides a cool and quiet area for concentration and workspace. The desk area is located by the bedrooms window and also has a lamp for extra lighting.

Hop in your car/Lyft or Uber and in just 4-8 minutes you'll find yourself in the flast and/or downtown. Head to a Cleveland sporting event, concert, Playhouse square, Shooters on the Water, the JACK, and MORE!

2\. Motorized scooters can be found for rent on many street corners in Tremont, Ohio city, and downtown Cleveland
