PET POLICY

Pets are welcome, subject to size restrictions with a limit of 25lbs. Please inform us in advance and be transparent about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. Additional fees PER PET apply for bringing a pet, separate from cleaning fees, as follows:

1-4 Nights: $25 Per Night Per Pet
5-29 Nights: $200
30+ Nights: $300

Please note a maximum of 2 pets are allowed, limited to cats and dogs. Any undisclosed pets will incur doubled fees.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. 7. Safety: Don't tamper with the noise monitor, smoke detectors, or any safety equipment.

8. Furniture & Appliances: Don't rearrange furniture. Turn off appliances when not in use.

9. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness. Clean dishes and dispose of trash in designated bins.

10. Respect Neighbors: Avoid loud noises and don't trespass on neighboring properties.

11. Parking: Use designated spaces. Don't block driveways or use reserved spots.
