The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. There was no elevator to the second floor and it was a bit disappointing that breakfast was not included in the price. The pool area was also clean and the pool itself was warm and relaxing. Too bad the hottub area was closed down, that would have been a big bonus. All in all, a good experience and a reasonable price to stay in Collingwood!"
