« Super schönes Ferienhaus in Alleinlage mit tollem Blick und wunderbar großem Pool. Die überdachte Terrasse war bei Regen perfekt, ebenso die Außenküche. Abseits des großen Trubels gelegen. Perfekt für ruhige, entspannte Ferientage. »

« Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 adulti e 4 bambini. Casa ben tenuta, grande e in linea con le foto pubblicate. Ci siamo goduti moltissimo la piscina e la zona cucina. Bella settimana immersi nel verde e nella pace. Unica pecca, materassi e cuscini scomodi. »

« I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. La casa è molto bella, cosi come la piscina e la taverna super attrezzata per stare insieme con amici e famiglia. Ci sn anche due cavalli per poter cavalcare. La villa con la vista panoramica sul mare e la luna durante la notte rende l'atmosfera ancora piu bella. Posizione ottima per andare sulla spiaggia o entro terra. »

« The house is spacious and well kept. You have to deal a bit with the more “free mood” of stuff laying around in the house and outside. But maybe that makes the charme. It is like staying at a friends home… you also have to deal with a lot of dog noises in the neighbourhood, but that is normal in the “out-back” of Marche. »

« Das Anwesen ist geräumig mit genügend und sehr sauberen Bädern. Der Pool ist topp und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Hausverwalterin war immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Küche ist sehr groß mit tollen Herden und einer guten Industriespülmaschine. Einziges Manko: Die Küchenutensilien sind mangelhaft. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Quirl, stumpfe Messer... Da könnte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Alles in allem hat es meiner Familie und mir sehr gut gefallen. »

« Amazing stay at Irene’s place! Place is even better than pictures - so much space!! Ideally for group of 15. Very clean. Easy check in - Irene was there on arrival. Communication with Irene was amazing - answered so many of my questions. Even transported us to supermarket to do our shop (at a cost). Location very remote so car needed. But great if want to be away from it all! Irene was great in helping to organise and cook for us twice - pizza and private chef. Only feedback would be that we...

La villa, rénovée avec goût, est posée au milieu d’un théâtre naturel, où seuls les paysans au travail, viennent vous rappeler que vous n’êtes pas seuls au monde. Judy was really helpful, has a long list of recommendations and thanks to her we had a chef coming to make a dinner at the place for the whole group of 16. The fact that the house is so great detached in the Marche countryside, on the other hand, means that it is not well possible to reach it without a car.
