"It is an old Hotel and the rooms needs to be updated. Still, because of the staff in the 21th floor, we had an amazing time. The waiters were the most helpfull and polite. Having come to Japan to immerse myself in the language and culture, this was disappointing. "There were a lot of good things about Mitsui Garden but also a couple of significant reasons for which we wouldn’t return. First the good - staff are friendly, polite and professional. The breakfast is very nice with a good variety of both Japanese and Western foods. They offer change up some of the foods on a day to day basis which is nice for a longer stay.
