She did not acknowledge me as an honors member, I requested a late check out and she told me that the best she could do was 12:00. I have been traveling with Hilton for over 20 years, this is the first time I have ever been given such an early time for a late check out, it is usually 1 or 2. "

"This hotel is beautiful but has some drawbacks that made it less than ideal. The hotel is in a prime location but when we checked into our room it was oversized and smelled. There was a portable fan outside the room when we arrived. When moving to another room it was smaller. Also, in this room the sink was cracked. The valet is $50 a night and there is a destination fee around $27 a night. The lobby offered a great location for relaxing with an amazing view. The bar was lively with engaging bartenders. Overall, I’m pleased with the stay but will not return. "
