"I had such a chill and relaxing trip! The hotel was in a really convenient spot, just a short walk from the subway. The room was super clean and having two beds made it even more comfortable. "I loved this hotel. Lotte just does it right. The hotel room felt so clean and luxurious. The lobby is so beautiful and well decorated. I bought the breakfast and I thought it was soooo worth it. They had such a wide variety of food and even a ramen bar. The staff was also so friendly and attentive. The host on the first floor helped us to order a taxi and then walked our luggage to the taxi and loaded it. Five stars isn’t enough. ALSO they have a custom line of body care and it smells so nice if they sold that in their lobby I would have bought some for me, my mom, and friends. It smelled that good. I will stay at lotte L7 everytime I come to Korea. "
