The facility is a three-floor condo in a gated community atop picturesque Mission Ridge. The space is well represented in the photos on the listing. The Civil War battlefield parks are in short walking distance which was good for the history buff in me and a good place for our toddler granddaughter to run around. "Our stay here was wonderful. The location is central to all parts of Chattanooga, stores, eateries and services. The unit itself was the perfect layout for our family and was well equipped in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The third floor lounge was ideal for work and relaxation. The views were great and property access was easy. Most of all the hosts were so understanding and accommodating to our requests. Every room has been designed and furnished to give guests a special mid-century experience. From top to bottom, you won’t be disappointed! The open first floor has a spacious, fully equipped and stocked kitchen, with a comfy living area for gathering, a half bath, and a private patio. This home comfortably sleeps up to six guests, with additional space for two guests (two large sofas). There are 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half baths; the second floor hosts the master bedroom (queen bed), sitting, and ensuite; a guest bedroom (queen bed) and separate full bath. The third floor has another guest room with twin bunk beds and full bath. And we’ve saved the best for last as the third floor is where you’ll find the most amazing views! Make yourself a cocktail in the third-floor wet bar and then relax in the upstairs living space or on the private deck.

Steps – as this is a three-story home, there are steps to the second and third floors
Parking - there is private parking for two cars directly in front of the home
Security - property includes a gated entrance with code to be provided along with door code prior to arrival
