Hard to beat this: a beautiful, newly renovated substantial home with water views. Walk across the street to Lighthouse Beach, arguably Chatham's biggest and best. You can also walk to Chatham Center, a must for one-of-a-kind restaurants, shops and entertainment.  
  
Location  
A truly special location with water views and across the street from the sweeping sands of beloved Lighthouse Beach. You can also easily walk to town – a real bonus in Chatham, where you have so much to see and do. Plan to dine out, then take in a Cape League baseball game at venerable Veterans Field, where you're bound to see future Major League stars. Or enjoy a movie at the renowned Orpheum Theatre.

Relax on the handsome, oversized stone patio with a gas fire pit, enclosed outdoor shower and large gas grill.

Sleeping Accommodations  
You will be pleased to find three good sized bedrooms, each offering a king size bed and a private full bath en suite. An additional sleeping area has two comfy twin beds and its own private full bathroom. One of the king primary bedrooms is on the main level. All other bedrooms are on the second level. Please note that all the beds will be made when you arrive with freshly laundered linens and towel sets for eight.

Please enter your travel dates for up-to-date pricing. This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed.
