Enjoy a private ground-floor 1-bedroom suite in a classic Charleston single house built in 1905\. Features a gated entry porch for morning coffee, a sleek modern eat-in kitchen, a King-size bedroom, a full bathroom, and a spacious living area with a queen sofa bed. Charming historic touches include original wood floors, non-working fireplace, and window panes. Ideal for couples, small families, or friends. Located in Cannonborough/Elliotborough, one block from King Street.

Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.  
  
This is unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2024-05744 Business License BL017930.

Each of our vacation rentals is accessed by a keyless door code for ease of entry, and allows for a zero-interaction check-in/check-out process. A door code specific to each guests’ stay will be provided the day prior to your check-in. The house is located in the heart of the charming and trendy Cannonborough-Elliotborough district of Downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree-lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston's classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. The house is minutes to the very popular Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great shops, book stores, and fashion boutiques - as well as amazing restaurants!  
  
Getting Around:  
  
You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services:  
  
The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:  
  
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.  
  
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.  
  
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
