This lovely second floor villa has a full ocean views from the bedroom, living room, and screened porch! There is new hardwood floors throughout the villa, new windows and sliding glass doors to better take in the breathtaking ocean views and natural light! The bedroom has a king bed and the bathroom was just updated with a brand new tile shower. Both the living room and master bedroom have TV's and wireless internet. The living room has a Smart TV as well as cable to enjoy Netflix and other streaming options. There is a pullout couch for additional guests in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, with a café table in the kitchen and counter top seating for a quick meal after beach or pool time! There is a drip coffee maker in the unit. The condo also has a small, stackable washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided, along with a starter supply of paper products and detergents. All reservation (3-21 nights only) with receive a $250 credit toward VayK Life for renting beach chairs, bikes, etc.

High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is non-integral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service

Please Note: The property is non smoking and does not allow pets. Complex elevator available. Weekly rentals in the Summer arrival on Saturday and requires a three night minimum stay in most other seasons. Holidays may require weekly booking. 800 sqft. (MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).
