"Lovely stay in Y Capel. Check in really easy and parking onsite was fine. Room was absolutely lovely with a really comfy king bed and great bathroom. Breakfast was in the Erskine Arms and was really tasty. A fair few options on the hot menu and a choice of fruit, yogurts and cereal. We also ate in the pub in the evening and was a really nice meal. One thing to note.... The church next door has a bell that chimes every 15 minutes as well as on the hour, all through the night. Our room faced the church and it you are a light sleeper like me it might wake you up in the night. Obviously no fault of the property which was lovely throughout."

"This hotel is excellent, highly recommend 👌 rooms are spacious with everything needed, kettle with tea + coffee plus a coffee machine with pods. Very large super comfy king-size bed, complementary bottles of water on each bedside table, unexpected nice touch of a DAB radio playing low in the room, bathroom fully stocked with soap - shower gel - conditioner and loads of towels. Plus the room has hair dryer, iron and ironing board. This hotel is perfectly located only minutes walk from the castle. All the staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast is plentiful with a wide selection of both hot cooked food to a fully stocked continental section. A very nice hotel in every aspect, can't fault anything 👍"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Low Quay Cottage. It is centrally located and is just a few minutes walk away from the shops/cafes/pubs etc. There is a lovely deli shop just around the corner. The cottage itself is perfect, it was clean, modern and cosy. We really appreciated the little extras that were included for our dog (blankets, bowls, stair gate etc). The owners have literally thought of everything. Steve was also really helpful with directions and parking tips. We hope to return in the future."
