Very clean! No bugs or unwanted critters, considering it is right next to a beautiful creek. The only thing we missed was having some ambient lighting, some table lamps or something other than the overhead lighting everywhere. But maybe theft has been a problem for the owner in the past (?) Also know that if you plan on arrive any earlier than 4pm, check in with the owner for permission, because the door will not open until EXACTLY 4pm. Accidentally found that out the hard way, but Karen was nothing but helpful after I called in a panic after arriving at 3:30pm wondering why the lock wouldn’t work. My bad! He lives in champaign with his dad.The house was clean accessible. It was less than 10 minutes away from every destination that we need to attend.
