"WiFi was excellent. Proximity to Greenhillls Mall was great. Hotel was attached to the mall. The one bedroom was large. The only thing we didn’t care for was the adjustable mattress. It was a bit too firm even at the lightest/lowest setting. You have to sign a “balcony” waiver and put a $1500 a night security deposit… cash or credit card. It is returned back to you after thought check out and they check the room for any damage."

I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. "Stayed 4 nights in October 2024. Staff are very courteous and accommodating. All of them from front office to restaurant and doorman are very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. The property and location itself is good. The only downside is the drain in the shower.
