"This is my go to hotel in Sydney. It is well located, clean, friendly and always reliable. On this trip, friends of mine were staying elsewhere at a far more expensive hotel and my room at the Amora was much nicer, more spacious and with a water view. Theirs cost hundreds of dollars more. I have no regrets choosing Amora and will do so again. "

Property was clean and the casino accessible by lift which is what we came for. The only disappointment was that that I did expect a bit more “fanciness” with the rooms - given it is the Star Grand. I was hoping for a mini bar in the room and maybe a bath. "
