SeaGrace at Carolina Beach

Summary:
Amazing 2nd floor oceanfront condo located in the Sea Colony! Perfect for small family or a couples getaway retreat. SeaGrace is centrally located to all things Carolina Beach: biking, kayaking, fishing charters, hiking at the CB State Park and our famous boardwalks and fishing piers with great restaurants and shopping! Downtown Wilmington and the airport less than 45 minuets away!
Enjoy the gorgeous sunrise over the Atlantic on your cozy patio also enjoy the community pool!

The Space:
The pool is located just behind the condo. The HOA opens the pool mid April and closes typically the second week in September, depending on weather.

We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

Guest Access:
This a 3rd floor unit

there is no elevator

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Carolina Beach with a mix of full time residents and vacationers.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condominium

-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
This condo is on the 2nd floor and please make sure parking pass is visible. The HOA only gives us 1 parking pass

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
