"The room was amazingly clean. We left early Friday morning for Friday Harbor, came back to a clean room and made bed. I only gave 3 star's for amenities because we didnt have the chance to check everything out. I'd definitely stay here again!"

"As always Snug Harbor exceeded our already high expectations. Our suite was exceptionally clean (amongst the best we've ever seen), the property is an absolute gem in its location, and it is so peacefully quiet. The only thing better than staying at Snug Harbor would be to buy waterfront property on Mitchell Bay. The staff remain some of the friendliest people we've met and genuinely seem happy to be there. There is nothing we would change about Snug Harbor."

"The registration staff was friendly and the room was very clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located - an easy walk down to the harbor shops and restaurants. We would stay here again 👍"

"Nice location. Beds were kinda firm and no breakfast other than an expensive sit-down restaurant. Room was spacious and great view of harbor. Couple of spiders in the bathroom could use some preventative maintenance. "

"Ale Erter staff I would be arriving late, around 11:30 pm. Was told that would be no problem and just call the after hour number. Called for about 20 minutes, left voice mail but nothing. Had to book a different hotel, luckily there was another one open. Also sent an e-mail last night. It is 1 pm next day and still no response from this hotel. "

"There was no fire place but there was a view and the door wouldn't open when the staff finally came it was two hours later"
