Next day, when I checked out I asked again if could do so, the staffs said OK , I returned to my room right away to rearrange my luggage's, BUT when I went back to my handed it over, they said NO again because the manager not allowed!! What? I was very upset about it. It wasted my time dued to unprofessional decision they made. No room cleaning as promised and breakfast was poor with most canned food. Breakfast on second day was ordered from outside rather than from own restaurant.
