Everything is new and fresh and the beds were comfortable a clean and crisp. The only small downside (and the owner did give me advance notice) was the staircase, which was very steep - we had my 82 year old mother with us and she was able to navigate it just fine but if you are traveling with anyone who might fine that challenging it might be a good idea to consider.
