IDEAL HOUSE FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AND PETS

Very Important: The house is located in a quiet residential area; parties are not allowed, nor is disturbing the neighbors. If this occurs, it will be grounds for immediate eviction from the house.
The house has three floors; the two upper floors are for guests, while the lower floor is where the owner lives. The entrances to the house are separate. The property does not have a garden; but rather 2,000 square meters of land with fruit trees and pine trees. Only the area fenced with wood at the front of the house is for the property’s use. There is a basketball court, ping pong table, large barbecue, swimming pool, porch, laundry room, ironing board, and clothesline.
The house is a mountain home; it is not a hotel. We do not provide room service, housekeeping, or meals, nor do we supply disposable items or personal care products such as soap, napkins, trash bags, toilet paper, toothbrushes, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, firewood, charcoal, coffee, or sodas. The house is surrounded by green space, pine trees, and mountains, where wild animals roam, and there are also animals belonging to the neighbors.
Once check-in is complete, guests will be responsible for the property on their own; the owner will not be present until check-out. Guests are expected to care for the house as if it were their own, keeping it clean and tidy. The property owner will be available, if necessary, to assist guests with any questions or concerns, but it is understood that such assistance is provided as a courtesy and is in no way required or included in the rental price.
RULES:
At check-in:
1. A security deposit of 150 € in cash will be required.
2. All guests must present a national ID or passport, and a regional tax of €1.10 per night and day will be charged to guests over the age of 16.
3. Check-in begins at 5:00 PM. If you wish to check in early, we will verify that there is no check-out scheduled for that same day; an additional fee will apply.At check-out:
1. The property will be inspected, and any damages will be assessed as necessary.
2. Any outstanding charges for extras—such as pets, day guests, etc.—will be calculated and deducted from the security deposit.
3. Check-out must occur no later than 11:00 a.m. If you wish to delay check-out, we will verify that there is no check-in scheduled for that day; otherwise, a surcharge will apply. The maximum number of guests is eleven in beds and one in a crib; and no more than 11 guests will be permitted to stay overnight. If the number of guests increases during the day, such an increase must be notified to the property in advance, and a supplement of €5 per guest per day of visit will apply; such day guests are entitled to use the property but under no circumstances may they stay overnight (unless otherwise agreed with the property), the property will also request an ID card or passport from day guests; any such supplement, if applicable, will be paid at check-out and deducted from the security deposit.
A supplement of 5 € per dog per day will be charged, and the veterinary record must be presented upon arrival; Pets must not be allowed inside the house; please respect the beds and sofas and avoid leaving hair or waste on them. If any mess or damage occurs as a result of the pets, an assessment will be made and the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
Please be considerate of the neighborhood by refraining from making noise after 10:00 PM. The house is located in a very quiet, residential area; parties are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction from the house.
The house must be kept in perfect condition, as if it were your own home—tidy, clean, and respectful of the neighbors—and must be returned in the same condition in which we would all like our own homes to be returned to us.

OUTDOORS:
The property covers 2,000 m²; it is not a garden, but rather a mountainous and green area. Part of it is shared, and part is for guests’ exclusive use, including a pool, barbecue, and covered porch. The area at the front of the house is for the exclusive use of the property. this area is fenced; as this is a mountain home, there are animals roaming freely, such as cats, wood pigeons, turtle doves, rabbits, hedgehogs, foxes, etc.; please note that if you have allergies to animals, you should take this into account.
