« The place is beautiful, the cleaning was OK, but it could use some baseboards and doors wipe down in the refrigerator door needed wiped down, seats outside had cobwebs, and such. »

« Bathroom was so small, could not close bathroom door without hitting the commode. Doors did not have back up lock or parts were missing. Area it was in felt very unsafe as we approached the building. Windows were not clean. Door between our rooms stuck when we tried to open it. Furniture was all scratched up, inside and out. It was not at all as it was depicted in advertisement. I am surpised expedia advertised this property. We did not stay even one night because it was so bad. »

« It was located right by the Ark Encounter which was very nice. I wished that the rooms would have all four items of the bath towels, hand towels and wash rags, The day that I had acquired the items, they were taken away that I had there for my two friends who stayed with me for one night besides the ones available for me to use. So one of them was stuck using a hand towel to wash. I felt that the floor was not mopped every time. »
