"The hotel was very nice and well-located, and the staff was kind and helpful. However, during our stay, only 1 of their 3 elevators was working. The lobby is on the 14th floor and all guest rooms are higher than that, so it often took a very long time (10-15 minutes) to get an elevator. There was 1 morning in which the elevator did not work at all, so guests had to walk 15+ floors to enter and exit the hotel. Management got that elevator fixed quickly but then did nothing to fix the other 2. If the elevators were fixed, I would stay here again."

"Convenient location and super nice staff. Hotel was as expected for price point. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub. The gym was very small. The room shower was a stall type but bathroom was large with good vanity space. Water, coffee, tea in the lobby all day. Easy walk to Space Needle and bar/restaurant. We walked to Pike’s Market which is farther - close to 20 min. This was just fine for us. Taxis from airport were $70+ but I would think that’s anywhere in the area. Around $20 to the pier."

"Loved this property because of the rooms the cleanliness and proximity to the trains station right around the corner along with the monorail. Half of our stay was at a different location and boy was the stay different. This location made everything so much easier and the hotel was really nice. Our next trip to Seattle will be at the Mayflower if I can afford it again"
