"Great location especially if you take train station into Jefferson Station. We spent day in city and then saw Doobie Brothers at Freedom Mortgage Pavillon. Location was perfectly located, clean and the staff very friendly. Fairly priced as well. "

I had a very nice dinner at a vegan restaurant nearby. Area isn't quiet but I slept well & enjoyed myself. Wish I had taken advantage of exercise opportunities the hotel provides! "

"I had to attend function at Academy of Music which is just across the road. Place is pretty quiet and peaceful and really clean. Parking is also convenient considering it’s downtown. Plenty of restaurants in just walkable distance."

"This was a five star experience! The staff were friendly and wonderful! My room was upgraded to a corner room on the 19th floor, providing awesome views of the city. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The robes were cozy. We had a food credit that we used for room service breakfast- the order was timely, correct and delicious! I would definitely return to this hotel!"

"Everything was great except for the room service . We requested a few items and never got them. Front desk staff would say 15 mins and then not send anything even after making second attempts ."
