"The staff was very courteous. The only thing is no ice machine."

"The room was poorly prepared without wash cloths or towels, no shower gel in the dispenser no regular coffee pods (just decaf). The manager had no support staff requiring long waiting periods to correct issues. The key cards didn’t work and had to wait to get that issue corrected also. The thermostat didn’t work and the temperature was 78*. The valet parking was advertised (sign in the lobby) to be $28 but we were charged $38. "

"Check in for hotel said 3pm. We waited in the parking lot until 4:40pm because our room "wasnt ready yet" We checked in ever 20 minutes to get the same answer."
