"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. Holiday Inn Brighton Seafront by IHG

Holiday Inn Brighton Seafront by IHG

8/10 Good
"We booked a delux room which was listed as sleeping 6 to accommodate us - 2 adults & 2 teenage girls. We had to request an additional bed to be brought to the room, as 2 sharing the sofa bed was unfeasible. We were told the arrangement for 6 would 3 in the king bed (!!) 2 sharing a sofa bed, and one on a roll in single bed. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful in getting the extra bed, but it didn’t arrive until 22:30 that night. Don’t bother with breakfast option - we found it chaotic with lots of items running out and terrible coffee. Lots of better breakfast spots minutes of the hotel. Great location, loved the sea view."
