« Let’s just start with- overall the house served its purpose. We had a roof over our heads for the 4 days we were in town. There were some oddities about this place that I will list below. Negatives This is not an air conditioned house. It has 1 window unit in the kitchen. The house was 89 deg upon our arrival and took two days to even get to 79 deg. You must run the dehumidifier constantly and empty the bucket multiple times a day. There are fans in every room but not outlets in every room...

« Loved everything about our stay, except…. it was confusing regarding whether there was A/C. The units were off when we arrived and the welcome book specifically noted there was “No A/C”. I did try turning 2 different units on but they wouldn’t come on so I figured it was true, no A/C. I’m seeing the listing indeed shows there’s A/C. It was a hot stay for us, but we didn’t stay long so it wasn’t horrible. But it would’ve made the entire trip even better. »

« This property was the perfect size for my family for a short 4th getaway. We love the Conway NH area and it was nice to be right on the Saco river. The hot tub was a great bonus and I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to access the river through a stairway in the back yard of the property. « We had a wonderful time and greatly enjoyed the property. The place and neighborhood were beautiful and the space was larger than appeared in the pictures.
