Set right off the greens of the Holiday Hills golf course, Velting’s Golf View Getaway is a beautiful stay whether you plan to hit the links or simply take in the views.

The Space:
This home is part of the Holiday Hills Resort with onsite amenities, including sport courts and seasonal pools. This particular walk-in unit features a patio overlooking the golf course where you can watch the action unfolding on the green.

Inside the home, the fully equipped kitchen dually serves as a functional cooking space and gathering place. The kitchen island with barstool seating for 3 is perfect for visiting over drinks, or it can serve as extra counterspace while cooking dinner. Between stainless steel appliances, toaster, coffee maker, and cookware, you’re stocked with everything you need for convenient food prep at home. Formal meals can be enjoyed at the dinner table with seating for 6.

Just beyond, the living room is furnished with comfortable seating for your whole group. A large tv is mounted where you can watch movies when you have time to relax indoors. Large sliding glass doors open from the living room onto your back patio where seating faces the course to enjoy relaxing time outdoors.

This home sleeps up to 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. An additional blow-up mattress is within the home to sleep an extra 2 people.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with a dual sink vanity, and handicap walk-in accessible shower.

Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living area.
- Parking space is provided.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- This is a walk-in unit.
- A Pack N' Play is accessible for use.
- The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
