The room was incredibly clean, the staff was very accommodating, and the location is unbeatable. We traveled with our baby, so having a separate bedroom and living room area with doors allowed her to go to bed early while we enjoyed lounging and watching movies in the bedroom. The hotel provided a high chair and pack n play for the room, the bathtub was easy for bathing her, and housekeeping kept our room comfortable and clean each day, even tidying dishes in the kitchenette. The property has incredible observation deck views, was immaculately decorated for the holidays and was walkable to the aquarium, Faneuil Hall, North End restaurants and more. The apartment was nice but I had booked because of the wonderful views ot this building. Our apart was on the 5 floor looking the worst part of the buildings. I have asked for another apart as we are 80 and 91 and stay at home for the most part of the day. The manager refused to change our room. As the view was the only reason to choose this hotel I am disapointed and it was not amazing for us.
