The hotel is nice for what it is, which is affordable and in relative location to tons of stuff, including near Salem, without paying Salem prices. It could definitely use an update, there were definitely some cosmetic issues with the property and the rooms, but for the price you pay, it's very clean, it's very comfortable, and the staff was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the hotel was a good in between while wanting to visit both Boston and Salem. Our room was clean and it appeared to have new carpet so that was great. No free breakfast was offered- Starbucks shares the same parking lot. Another bonus was they provided Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

The staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful. Our room was not very clean, door did not work well (you had to push into it like a linebacker to open it), terrible shower pressure and there was a mouse turd in my daughters bed. We will not be visiting this hotel the next time we're in that area of Boston.

If you are looking for a nice, upscale hotel…this is NOT it. Door wouldn’t open to assigned room when I first arrived so had to be moved, no plugs to charge things, toilet had to be fixed mid stay due to it not flushing, stains on rug and chair, towel rack falling out of wall, water stains on ceiling. Good things- bed was comfortable (although person I was staying with disagreed), air conditioning worked well.

Checking in and out was pretty simple, we did have an issue with the cleanliness of the room. Upon arrival with found a small pill on the floor near the bed and the second night there was a mouse running along the floor in our room. The staff was super helpful and able to get us into a new room but it was quite a scare having to grab everything while avoiding Ratatouille ):

Yikes! Didn’t realize this hotel was directly on the highway 😩 This place is runned down. I was on the 4th floor and was following the signs for the ice machine. What I found were pipes and no ice machine; very strange. If you arrive late to the hotel, good luck finding parking. My sister got the disabled room and there was only one outlet in the entire room; just a strange place. Staff were kind.

Our AC and toilet didn’t work. They came to look at the toilet when we were away but nothing was resolved. We came back to find the AC not working and they moved us rooms. The new rooms AC worked but the bathroom sink didn’t drain. We just dealt with it. Nothing fancy but was an easy location to and from Salem

Went to visit family and stayed here because of proximity. The pool was definitely a bonus! Marielle was exceptionally welcoming. She made sure we were ok. The entire front desk staff was amazing. Room needed minor repairs but overall amazing time. Would stay here again!
