This cozy apartment house, "Ai Ronchi", is a detached, two-story property nestled amidst trees and meadows at an elevation of 1,225 meters above sea level in Cepina, Italy. It boasts a yard, internet Wi-Fi, and parking facilities, offering the perfect getaway for your vacation rental or holiday rental. Situated just 1 km from the center of Bormio, this sunny residential retreat enjoys a prime location, merely 1.4 km from the skiing area and 200 meters from the river.

Immerse yourself in the great outdoors by taking advantage of the property's shared large garden, complete with trees and a lawn for sunbathing, perfect for relaxing with garden furniture. "Just an example" of the outdoor amenities available.

Enjoy the convenience of on-site facilities like a storage room for bicycles, a storage room for skis, and a central heating system. While parking at the house is limited (especially during winter), a public parking area is available just 150 meters away on the road.
