Steps lead down from the terrace to the swimming pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasols and 3 parking spaces. The house is equidistant from the center of Bormes les Mimosas and the center of Lavandou and is ideally located just 20 minutes walk from Favière beach. You will find all the stores you need either in Lavandou or in Bormes les Mimosas. For golfers, there are two golf courses nearby; you can choose between the 9-hole Lavandou golf course and the 18-hole Valcros golf course.
