"Hotel was great. Staff was great cleanliness was great. Breakfast was great. My only issue with the hotel was the balcony door wouldn’t lock and I didn’t report it until check out because I didn’t wanna bring attention to it. I’m not saying anything about the staff but the hotel was booked out and if we weren’t able to change rooms, I didn’t want anybody to know that the door was broken and couldn’t lock . I felt unsafe and didn’t get much rest at night"
