« Room was clean, well maintained, nice hot shower & comfy bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits and a decent size cup are always a plus ! Solo female travelling for work. Only stayed for one night but had everything I needed. Felt reasonably safe. Only issue was the 2nd cottages directions sign was on the right hand side of road & obscured by a tree branch, so I didn’t see it & my sat nav took me left at the end of the rd & up a very tight private road to a bungalow based on the post code. Not ideal …....

« Building is a converted office. Room was on the 10th floor. Common parts of the building away from the apartments could do with some improvements. Amazing value. Very clean and well laid out property with instant heating and good features. Check in was tricky as asked to pay a second time. But that was a simple misunderstanding. « The flat was even better than "advertised". Very well located with several locally owned pubs within less than 1km. The property is managed by what appears to be a couple who were very good about communications. I determined that if I sent a message before or after their office hours, the system replied with what appeared to be an AI message - which was great since the replies were usually spot on. While located on a relatively busy street - the Suite is one floor up from ground level so...

« We had a lovely stay in this house near Caerphilly Castle. Train station only a 10 minute walk. Communication with owner was excellent! When we had some questions he answered really quick and accurate. For a really tall Dutch family the shower was rather small, but we managed. Some parts of the house need attention, but the interior decorating was nice. The chairs in the garden are really comfortable. We would love to come back for another visit to Cardiff. »

« The location is easy to find. It is a decent walk from the City centre, but as it is on a main road, it was easy to catch a bus. The apartment is quite small, but it was very clean and modern and had all the facilities you would need for a short stay. The bathroom is very small, but the shower was great, with decent water pressure. It was a very hot day when we stayed, so we were very grateful for the fan supplied. The beds were very comfortable.
