This home features quartz countertops in the kitchen with Island, upgraded cabinets, granite counters in the primary's bath, extended back patio with a beautiful Gazebo. 3 bdrms, 2 baths, open floorplan in one of the greatest parts of Nampa you would want. Fantastic shopping, dining down the road, great hospital close by and so much more. This one will not last! Neighborhood is quiet and safe. I'm so sorry, but we can only accommodate 2 pets or less due to the size of the home and potential damage. What our clients love about this home: \-Easy access to food and highway while feeling secluded \-Fenced in for pets \-Amazing spa hot tub amenity \-Quiet neighborhood \-Near food and shopping \-Beautiful sunrises \-Great kitchen amenities with brand new appliances and lots of cooking tools What are clients don't like: \-House is brand new..what's not to like?! However, you may notice farm smells in the area since Nampa is more rural. Could have used a little more seating and maybe an extra table, the kitchen table was on the small side for games. Doors were a little squeaky, so anytime anyone opened a door at night you could hear. You do have to bring your own games, which is fine.
