"Staff very accommodating. Front desk was able to address an issue in our room effectively and were able to move us to a different room. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily and the facility is in the best location. Steps to the beach and pool. Never felt overly crowded. We love HI Aruba and have come back multiple times."

"We had a wonderful stay overall and really enjoyed our time at this resort. From the moment you arrive, the beautiful grand entrance and impressive architecture give the property a very special feel. The resort itself was very clean, beautifully designed, and had a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the food. The buffet had a great selection and everything we tried was delicious. We also loved the layout of the restaurants and the overall dining experience. The cleaning staff deserves a special mention as well — they were friendly, attentive, and spoke excellent English, which made communication very easy. The pool area was another highlight. There were plenty of activities around the pool, creating a fun and lively atmosphere without taking away from the relaxing resort experience. And of course, the beach was absolutely beautiful! The beach and the gorgeous water were definitely among our favorite parts of the trip. There were just a few things that could be improved. We noticed an unpleasant bathroom- type odor in the elevator and hallway near our room, the room floor could have been mopped a little better before check-in, and bathroom necessities could have been replenished more generously. We also experienced a delayed check-in and would have appreciated a little more assistance from the hotel staff while we waited. These were relatively small things compared to everything we enjoyed about the resort. We’ll be back."

"The BEST stay! We had an amazing time at Bocobay. From the moment we arrived the staff and concierge were so attentive and helpful, they went above and beyond to cater to our every need. At the end of my stay, I had no idea I left my tablet in the room, the team emailed to notify me of this. Happy to say, a member from the team brought it directly to me at the office. We felt safe, comfortable, and well-cared for throughout our entire stay. The condo was spacious and well-equipped, perfect if you're traveling with your kids. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting."

"The location was great- it is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was fine for a brief stay. Had a few problems- the safe wasn't unlocked for us to use and we were never able to get the TV to work. It would have been nice for a small amount of time late in the evening. The kitchen is stocked well. The floor was not clean when we arrived, but we did sweep up. Additionally, the lock on the door is difficult- it would have been nice to have some further description on how to use. We tried to call to get help upon arrival, no answer and my husband finally figured it out. The location was safe- you are parking on the street with a lot of traffic and everyone speeds- so you need to be cautious when entering and exiting your vehicle. The island is beautiful and access to the best beaches is easy from this location."

Kitchen had everything you need for a large group. Plenty of towels in bathrooms, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, snorkel equipment. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Air conditioning and fans in each room, very comfortable. We spent a lot of time outside on the patio. Very quiet neighborhood. Hosts very responsive We will be back. You will not be disappointed in this property!!"

"Beautiful condo in s great location. The pool was a real plus after a day at the beach which is only a 2 minute walk. Unit had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkel gear and beach towels. The owners were very easy to communicate with if we had any questions or issues.
