« This apartment was beautiful. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We did have some trouble getting through the gate when we arrived at 11pm at night but a rep from the rental company came to help us within 15mins and got us in. Even showed us around. Very helpful. The property itself could use some upgrades as the door locks were ancient and the one window in the living room wouldn’t shut or lock. Overall, we definitely would stay here again. »

The neighborhood is wonderful - far enough away from the crowds of tourists to enjoy a quieter side of Florence, but close enough to walk 10 minutes to be in the center of all of the major tourist attractions. »

« The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. It was up a number of big flights of stairs, which we found to be fine for us heading out and coming back but was hard with luggage. There was a problem with the boiler (lacking heating/hot water) but the customer service and support we received where brilliant, someone came and fixed it within the hour. Unbelievable location, central and wonderful though very loud at night. A really wonderful apartment to stay in while visiting Florence. »

« It was just off the Palazzo Vecchio which was nice because it was always easy to find the way home as data wasn't always working well in Florence but it was on a side street that I think was overall quieter. It was close of most things in city center and had good food near it. The room was big which was lovely and the bathroom was also spacious. Its not pictured but they also had a washing machine which was so necessary. The AC also worked so well and was a God send during the 95 degree hot days »
