« Pleasant place to stay. »

« Room was lovely and clean and plenty or space. Staff on reception very helpful and nice. Only small downside was it would be good to put in the description that the parking area is tight and it was a bit of a struggle parking a larger car »

« The Arms is a beautiful hotel, well maintained, in great shape, lovely staff and food and a nice room. The ONLY thing I would point out is that the tv channel options were limited and as my wife and I were fresh to the timezone it would have been nice to have some more channel choices when we couldn’t sleep. »

« It was a great stay »

« Beautiful hotel and staff »

« The room stinks or urine »

« On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were...

« Seule la personne a l’enregistrement était sympa. La nourriture est infâme les hash brown avaient un goût de rance les plats servis le soir sont immonde. La chambre est vieille il y a des grosses traces d’humidité sur les murs et les wc étaient sales. Le lit est la seule chose propre et confortable. Les chambres sont mal isolées et au dessus du pub. On entend la musique du pub dans les chambres. »

« Made very welcome and good parking the local buses stop outside which a nice bonus breakfast was excellent »

« Excellent all round food and accommodation »

Disappointed by the most bizarre room which had a full size stainless steel kitchen segregating a reasonably nice bedroom from the large but rather odd bathroom (which also housed the wardrobe). Had its own ‘orangery’ and small garden. Loads of blinds to close, some of which were broken and the orangery outer doors had no blinds. Open plan so couldn’t make it completely dark… luckily had my eye...

« Hotel is fine but no breakfast available on site »

« This is a budget hotel with no reception staff, limited bar opening times and located on a busy main road with much traffic noise. »

« Good underground free parking. Nice apartment. 2 comfy beds. Very clean. TVs in both bedrooms. Excellent for an overnight stay. Lots of takeaways to choose from nearby. »
