On arrival the staff were welcoming and they reception areas appeared clean and in good repair.
On going to our room, the carpets were worn and appeared not to have been hoovered.
Room itself was generally clean, but bathroom grout gave the impression it was dirty.
The room opposite was extremely noisy and arguments in the other areas of the hotel went on till early hours of the morning meaning we could not sleep! Although the night staff did try to deal with this with very little success.
Just when thing's settled down and we thought we might get some sleep, the heating system came on at 6.30am and the radiators in our room started playing what I can only describe as Tubular Bells!
So sorry Humber View, although you're unable to predict your guest's behaviour and your staff are friendly. I don't think I will be returning.
On positive note the breakfast was nice with a variety of choices.
