Welcome to this charming flat, nestling in a quiet street, where you'll find a real haven of peace.

This 37 m2 one-bedroom apartment offers a pleasant, functional living space. You'll find a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable queen-size bed for 2 extra people. A WiFi connection is also available to keep you connected.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fridge with freezer, induction hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.

The bedroom has a 140x190 cm bed and a double wardrobe for conveniently storing your clothes and personal belongings.

The bathroom has a bath, heated towel rail and WC.

The real asset of this flat is its private outdoor terrace of 20 m2 with a dining table for 4 people.

Services included for this stay include:

- Welcome products: On arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).
- Bed linen and towels: Sheets are provided and beds are made for your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry, Homies Eco Pressing.
- Surface cleaning at the end of your stay: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

## Neighborhood

The flat is located in the Chélitz / Saint-Martin district, close to the city centre, in a quiet street. The street is close to several shops and services, such as restaurants, shops, pharmacy, etc. There is a mini-market in the immediate vicinity of the flat.
You can also take advantage of the Grande Plage, just a 15-minute walk away. In short, a pleasant area of Biarritz.

## Transit

If you're looking to get around Biarritz, here are a few options:

- Free shuttle bus N11: This free shuttle bus serves the city centre and the Lighthouse. The stop is just 93 metres from your point of departure, making it very convenient. You can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around Biarritz. Allow around 10 minutes to get to the SNCF station or airport. The fare for this distance is around 15 to 20 euros during the day.
- Parking: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car on the street or nearby. It is advisable to check the road signs to avoid any parking offences.

Here is the information regarding booking conditions and check-in options for Homies Holidays:

- Once your booking is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to organise your stay.
- For your check-in: you will be welcomed by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. And 50 euros if you arrive after 9pm.
