Nestled on a wide canal with direct access to St. Martins River, this wonderful home is the perfect place for a memorable family vacation. Gather the troops, this 6 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, home provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for 14, with enough room to park at least 6 cars. Inside, there are four bedrooms on the first floor, including a master with it's own bathroom. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, with great views of the water, and even better views from the second floor deck. Bring your boat and enjoy the open waters with the Ocean City skyline on the horizon, then dock right at the property. To top it off, this home is conveniently located just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, Ocean City and the beach. When it's time for a nice home cooked meal, the fully equipped kitchen makes meal planning a breeze. Bed sizes: 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Full, 2 Bunk beds (4 Twins). Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN FEES. NO USE OF THE GARAGE. NO USE OF FIRE-POLE. This house was great for our family. It was close enough to Ocean City with the quiet and beautiful views of the Ocean Pines canals. This provided a nice retreat for our multigenerational family vacation.

Perfect house to host family snd guests for daughters wedding

We had at any one time 11 adults and 2 children ages 2 and 6 and never felt crowded or over whelmed with people. This house has enough space so that you can find a quiet corner whenever needed. The porch was one of them. My granddaughter was practicing her casting off the dock. Location to the Yacht club was perfect.

Great property and it was convenient as it was close to the beach and Ocean City and time Salisbury where we played our games. Plenty of space in the house for people to relax and we never felt crowded. Great neighborhood and the area behind the house on the canal was perfect for our kayaks!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Family Tides. Our family, from 5 different states, met here to celebrate our patriarchs 90th birthday. The house was perfect! Plenty of rooms to gather or be alone. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was nice and overall the house was very functional. We were told that there would only be sheets and towels, dishes, glasses and cookware provided but there was actually much more. We wish we knew this before we actually packed and brought our own spices, dish towels, pot holders, detergents, etc. The beach is about a 10-15 minute drive. A parking pass for the beach comes with the house but since there were 12 of us we drove 2 cars. Free on street parking near the beach was available as well (although we were early in the season mid-June). You have to pay extra to use one of the pools in Ocean Pines ($10.00 per person) so we opted to only go to the beach. There is a nice playground close to the house too. Overall we were very happy and I would highly recommend this property for a family reunion.

Loved it!

We were a family of 16 and every last one of us were in love with this home! It was fully stocked with just about everything we needed. It was nice and clean and HUGE! We had Sunday breakfast on the screened in porch that overlooked the water...and it was just Beautiful! We’d definitely stay here again and again and again! Our only complaint was that the patio door that leads to the boating dock, would not open! We had to walk around the entirety of the house to enjoy the nice breeze and view, but that definitely was not enough of a problem to take away from an excellent review!.....we were sad to leave!
