Location within Sunriver is great. The home has a beautiful deck with a nice outlook over the gold course. The best part of the house is the huge spaces - more than enough for two families to spread out. The house is in need of some maintenance - specifically blinds need an upgrade (some are falling apart). The other minor issue is that all of the televisions are very outdated. There is one thing that I had a concerned about which was the fact that it was advertised in the third bedroom that there was two queen beds. They are actually full beds. Some of the mini blinds need to be replaced. You can tell that they are upgrading things in the house and that takes time. We loved the large and plentiful windows. The hot tub was clean and toasty for cool evenings. The downstairs thermostat did not seem to function, so that floor remained a cool 62 degrees during our stay; the upstairs one functioned normally. There are plenty of dishes in the kitchen, but we found many of them were not clean and needed a trip through the very quiet dishwasher p\[riopr to use. Placemats for the dining table were absent. Having them would allow guests to protect the table surface better. We did not use any of the bicycles provided. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was great! Village Properties was so easy to communicate with and helped ensure our vacation was spectacular. They responded to all our inquiries in a timely manner and we found the house in great shape. It looked just like the pictures and was very clean. My one suggestion would be to replace the mattresses in this house.
