The home could use a good cleaning. Fans and blinds are covered deeply with dust. Kitchen knives are very dull. The BBQ was not clean and the first night that we cooked on it there were flames all over. Nicole from Vacasa was very kind to come clean it for our next dinner. Some deck boards at the hot tub are loose and dangerous. Hot tub was low on water. The dryer vent had not been cleaned. It was very nice to have a second refrigerator to use. Good solid home that could use some updating but for a rental it fit our needs. Grateful for the pack in play for the baby. ##### Mary M. Séjour de 3 nuits en juin 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Carlye S. 23 juill. 2024 Points faibles : Propreté #### Very Disappointing This Sun River trip out of our many years and stays was by far the most disappointing;( The pictures of the home online were less than accurate of the condition of the home;( Also it is not noted anywhere in the description that there is no back deck for enjoying outdoor time, the deck is out front along with the neighbor whom is very close in proximity… if you did want to sit out front, the patio table was terribly chintzy and filthy.. had a couple of “folding” chairs. The house really needs some love, the 2nd floor does not cool down, dirty dishes in kitchen cabinets had to be re-washed, hair in one of the beds for sure, smell the water treatment plant that is behind, and to top it off I fell and twisted my ankle on the cinder blocks provided as a step to the front entry;( That was the end of the issues and we left 3 days earlier than supposed to. With that and many phone calls to Vacasa, Zero of them were returned as I was asking for a partial refund. Completely unacceptable When it comes to customer service. I will never use Vacasa again because of this and the terrible lack of communication with my concerns. I received zero acknowledgement, phone calls or any type of refund still to this day two and a half weeks later (I phoned again today and they have informed me I will not be given a refund) Terrible. ##### Carlye S. There was enough space for all family members to relax. And enough space for all family members to visit. We would love to stay here again. On a different note; we were disappointed in the management group. When we asked for more dishwasher pods (we were only given 3 for a 5 night stay), the answer was, "You should have brought some if you were staying that long." There was plenty of all of the other supplies for 6 adults, 2 toddlers, and 1 infant. ##### BB W. We had between 5-7 people throughout our stay and the house accommodated our group with ease. We needed some minor maintenance assistance, and a repairman showed up very quickly.
