The open-concept results in the living area, dining area, and kitchen in being adjacent to each other, so nobody misses out on the conversation. Next to the TV is a basket of fun boards games for the whole family, so challenge your loved ones to a round on the large dining table. The chef of the group will love preparing meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The main bedroom boasts a soft bed, a TV, and private access to the deck where the hot tub is. It also has an en-suite bathroom, complete with a double-sink vanity and spacious tub and shower. The homeowners Vacasa manual could definitely use some personal touches. Such as where are the sharc passes and how to make the television work, favorite restaurants, and favorite activities. We found out there is now a truck cart area, which is awesome. Sunriver needs it. I would definitely stay at this property again. It was very nice. ##### Christine M. The house had pretty much everything we needed and included Sharc passes which I didn't see in the listing so that was an awesome surprise. The main downside was no AC. We were there for July 3-7 and hit triple digits. The listing originally said there was AC so I don't know when that changed but that was a big downside. We found all of the beds to be very comfortable. Loved the big jacuzzi. Kitchen was well stocked overall. Upon arriving the sheets were dirty so we had to re-wash them and noticed pee and blood stains on the mattresses. Some beds didn't have a pee protection pad on them. The dishes were all dirty with food left on them, the dishwasher didn't work so we hand washed everything. Some outlets in the rooms didn't work. The home has no AC and was very hot. The carpets were filled with dog urine and stained badly in every room, it wasn't just one stain. We contacted the local manager and sent photos, he said he could have a cleaning crew come out and sanitize the home but we would have to pay for that extra cleaning fee in addition to the one already in the booking. He then back tracked and said they couldn't get someone out there for months to properly clean those stains on the beds and carpets. He offered no compensation, no resolve. He didn't offer to move us to another home (which i understand if that was due to all the homes being booked already) he didn't offer a refund or a credit for the nights we couldn't stay. We had to leave 3 days before our scheduled day was, we were there for 18 hours. He stopped replying to our phone calls,He said we should just sleep on the urine filled beds and that it wouldn't be a problem for him. We were booked for 4 nights but could only stay one. We are trying to get a credit for those three nights but he is non responsive. Save your money or spend a little more and go to a different home for your vacation. ##### Danika M. The space was nice the deck area Was nice But needs a bunch of maintenance done if you want to plug anything in don't even think about it your stuff falls out but like I said the house has potential but not worth the money furniture is also furniture is all stained so I mean unless you don't care about that kind of stuff ##### Lanny G.
