This dog-friendly Sunriver condo is located on the 15th fairway of the Meadows Golf Course. You'll have beautiful views of both the course and Mt. Bachelor, as well as six SHARC passes to use during your stay.

The location is perfect! You're just a short walk to the Village and SHARC, and the sledding hill is just minutes away. And with a universal electric vehicle charger (a 40 amp Level 2 charger equipped with a J1772 plug) in the garage, you'll never have to worry about how to get around.

The living area has a new air purifying system, a gas fireplace, and high vaulted ceilings. Amenities include two TVs, DVDs, VCRs, and a stereo. The Central Oregon sunsets are nothing short of spectacular! At approximately 1,010 square feet, this wonderful condominium features one bedroom with a loft and two baths. There is a queen bedroom downstairs and a brand new king bed in the loft. If you do bring up to two dogs, there is just an additional nightly fee.

This condo sleeps four guests and has golf course views.

Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great condo
The property was fantastic. Nicely furnished and appointed. No dishwasher soap was a minor inconvenience. The SHARC was a kids only facility. No adults area. So unless you like a little screaming and pee in your pool you can avoid it. Everything else was great. I will do it again but next time skip the swimming trunks.

Great location and stay, not luxury
We enjoyed our stay at this cozy townhouse. Location was great and check-in/check-out was super easy. It snowed a lot so the shovel came in handy and the driveway/pathways were quickly plowed. While the kitchen was fully stocked the cookware was mostly outdated. The beds were too soft for us and the bathrooms were tiny. Not luxury compared to some of the other Sunriver rentals but a good base camp.

Well equipped, very comfortable
This place comes so close to having it all. Very well equipped with most everything you would want. Furniture is clean and very comfortable. View of the golf course with lots of walking/biking paths. SHARC passes were a bonus that we used for pickelball. The only downside we found was that there was no air conditioner (like so many places in the PNW). Unfortunately, during our 2 week stay, temperatures exceeded 100 degrees for a few days. While it did finally cool down at night, it was well past mid-night before it was comfortable inside the condo. As much as we liked the unit, we would think twice about staying again, at least in July/August.

Loved the location, super clean and updated unit! Silly like, but loved the fact that they had spices and oil to use in the kitchen, a nice add so we didn't need to buy everything like that. Can't wait to stay again!

We made a bad mistake and locked the keys in the condo, excellent help from the on-site manager! Beautiful kitchen, cookware and appliances. Nicely remodeled to be real updated!

We have enjoyed this property and the Mountain View Lodges many times. We like the view, proximity to Village and Resort. The bike and walking trails are great too. The only thing we noticed was that the unit didn’t have a broom and the Lodgepole pines really drop a lot of pine needles!

Overall this was a perfect stay for us and we come to Sunriver fairly frequently so this will be on the list to stay at again! Only constructive item would be to have better pans for cooking. Everything stuck to the pans provided. Didn’t lower the overall rating however!

Another Great Stay in Mtn View Condo 33
This was our second time staying in this condo. The location is perfect for all activities, the kitchen is set up wonderfully for cooking meals and the view across the golf course is the perfect spot to watch the sunset!

Would definitely recommend this property. It’s a lovely place, perfect location to all Sunriver amenities and extremely well equipped with everything one would need to prepare meals. Just know that it is a bit small and more than 4 would be crowded.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. We were able to walk to the sharc and the village. The sharc was just a 3 minute walk from the condo. The village was a 10-15 minute walk. We used the sharc passes twice. The location for the condo is everything. Nice play area outside in the grass. Quiet and friendly neighbors near us. Waking up to the view of the golf course and watching people tee off was peaceful. We would love to stay here again in the future. The condo was equipped with everything you need. It’s clean and updated. Well worth it all.
