Even though it was unseasonably warm for that area the unit stayed cool without any air conditioning which was surprising to me. Probably because it is in the shade and surrounded by pine trees. Parking is right in front of the unit which makes it easy to get to when you have groceries. The cleanliness of the unit was an absolute five star. Everything was super close, less than 20 miles to Mt Batchelor and about 8 miles to the downtown area. The only drawback, and it’s a small one, was the futon. It was a little too firm for us. Cleanliness of the floors and shower were issues, as well as a set of broken blinds, which I passed on to the property manager.
