Jun 18, 2025 #### We love this place and will be back again 100%!!! We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The place is super clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is fantastic—fully equipped with quality kitchenware, a spacious fridge, and everything you need to cook comfortably. The living room is beautiful and cozy, with large windows offering a spectacular view of the forest and mountains. We also enjoyed relaxing on the patio, which was such a peaceful spot. The bedroom was spotless and the bed incredibly comfy—we slept so well! The bathroom was also great, and having both a washer and dryer was a huge plus. One of the highlights was the hot tub on the patio! It took us a bit to figure it out (we had to look up instructions on YouTube), but once it was running, it was amazing. This has easily become our favorite place to stay in Bend. There’s even a shared outdoor swimming pool, though we didn’t get a chance to use it. The location is unbeatable—only 5 minutes from the Old Mill District and under 10 minutes to downtown Bend. I’ve traveled all over the world, and I can honestly say this is one of the best condo-style accommodations I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend! ##### Panawan P. ### 4/10 Poor #### Liz C. Sep 1, 2025 Liked: Location Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy This condo is on a beautiful property, with a nice window view looking out at the trees, and the location is convenient to everything in the Bend area. However, it is very run down and sorely overdue for maintenance work. The carpets are covered in stains, the woodwork is stained and damaged, and the cabinets are old and very worn. The bathroom appears to be from the 1980s with an old whirlpool bathtub that is difficult to step down into and to get out of when taking a shower. When I opened the dryer door the vent area was full of small hairs which were also all around the dryer door seal and on the floor. In the the living/dining area there were cobwebs throughout where the ceiling meets the wall. I reported the dryer issue and cobwebs to Vacasa and was told someone would be out to address the situation, but no one arrived or communicated with me. Attempting to initially get into the condo was confusing and problematic. We had to enter a 10 digit code, which repeatedly failed to open the door. When we called Vacasa we got someone who was unfriendly and unhelpful. After waiting with no response from the Vacasa local team we finally managed to get the code to work. The coffee maker leaked half of my coffee every morning.The furniture was in good condition and the condo setting was beautiful, but the online photos of the inside do not reveal its overall poor condition.
