« I came for a week of lab work for school, I didn’t use this as a place to vacation so I can’t say how close it is to all the tourist things. The only negative I have to say is that it was too cold to use the beautiful balcony with the hammock outside! It’s a small space but perfect for what I needed. Close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. I will say the duct work is a little noisy when things turn on and off, but that doesn’t bother me, I can sleep through almost anything. Loved that...

« The place was nearly clean, the floor was not well cleaned the rest was. For 1 Week stays there should be a broom and/or a mob, cause you bring in a bit of dirt everytime. with a broom or mob we could clean it. The Welcome booklet is not up to date. The grocery store piggly wiggly mentioned doesnt exist anymore. Some outdoor sitting place would be nice (bank or chairs) All together, we can recomend the place for stays at nashville. near to downtown, very friendly and safe neighborhood. »
